Double leg stick from mini hurdle showed slight pain left side. Single leg sticks — right: low stability, no pain; left: low stability, some pain. Lateral single leg sticks — right: no pain; left: painful. No pain during heels elevated goblet squat. Instability present during split squats. Athlete tolerated strength work well with no pain in primary squat patterns. Continue building unilateral stability and progressive loading.
